Refund policy

“Item” and “Items” include furniture, services, mattresses, and all products offered by Johann & Joann.

“We” and “Us” represent Johann & Joann and all its personnel.

Return & Exchange of Item

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of orders once your order has been processed eg. item has been prepared or the delivery has been arranged.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders need to be requested via the call or email (can be found on the Contact Us page of our website) within

  • 48 hours after the order is placed.

Cancellation of orders is not possible:

  • If your order has already been processed (eg. goods has been prepared, the delivery has been arranged) at the time we see your request for cancellation.

Refunds

All refunds (if any) for cancellations or amendments will only be given in the form of store credit vouchers once we have accepted your cancellation/amendment requests.

  • It will only be sent to the buyer’s email (the email entered into the website when placing the order). Please do not share this voucher with someone else. We will not take responsibility if the store credit voucher is/was used by someone else after it has been sent to the buyer’s email.
  • It is valid for 1 year and can be used on future purchases with us.
  • As long as there is a remaining balance and it is not expired, the same store credit voucher can be used on multiple purchases.
  • The store credit voucher cannot be extended once it has passed the expiry date.

Refunds in cash will not be awarded where the refund is initiated through no fault of ours.

Item not in good condition?

If your items are delivered not in good condition i.e. missing part, defective items, wrong hardware, dented, etc. please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt at info@johannjoann.com with your order number and a clear picture/video of the item’s condition and defect. All defective/damaged items need to be unconsumed, or in the state that such defect/damage/condition was found.

Received the wrong items?

If the wrong items were delivered to/collected by you, please reach out to us at info@johannjoann.com with your order number and a clear picture of the wrongly sent order (the order number shown on the packing slip and/or the wrong Items). All wrongly sent orders need to be unconsumed for an exchange of items with the correct order.

Next steps?

We will look into the matter accordingly by taking into account all relevant expertise and evidence leading up to the delivery/collection.

Where we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose through the fault of Johann & Joann,  a full refund either by cash or store credit, partial refund either by cash or store credit, or a replacement item will be given, whichever, we, in our sole discretion see fit.

In the event we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose not through the fault of Johann & Joann and its delivery partners, no refunds or replacement Items will be given.

Johann & Joann reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
